After downloading all three programs below, you are required to install them in the correct order:
ActiveSync4.5 and Samsung OMNIA Updater.

Step 1 : Install ActiveSync4.5 / Windows Mobile.
Step 2 : Connect your phone to PC via Samsung Mobile cable.
Step 3 : Backup your data using ActiveSync / Windows Mobile.
Step 4 : Install the Samsung OMNIA [Firmware Updater], which will guide
              you through the installation process.
